you can step in and address the issue and step back. Especially in taboos in society

To be a hero to your kids, you need to try to be always the source of their information. Where they learn it from you before they learn it from anyone else so they always look to you. And explain issues that are wrong, but why they are wrong.

One of many or your one and only

If you’re truly going to be a hero to your own children, then they need to look at you as a source of why things are right and why things are wrong.

One of the most important things we need to pass onto our children are our values.

If you do not communicate with your children; if you do not listen to them and share with them, you will never become a hero to your child.

If we’re going to be a hero to our children, if they’re going to look up to us, then we need to teach them Biblical truth—but in a way that they understand it and that’s interesting to them.

My family does not come before my ministry. My family is my first ministry. And folks, that’s not just a little something. That is a huge concept.

It’s very important that our children understand love, what it means to love and all. And one of the things I’ve struggled with my children is my three daughters and my son would grow up, how do they know if they’re in love?

Children’s #1 source of security: Knowing father and mother love each other and will not divorce

One of the most important things I can do for my children is to love their mother. But I always try and find out from my kids what does love mean to them?

One of the greatest pieces of wisdom anyone has ever given me was when Dottie said this “If you spend time with your children now, they’ll spend time with you later.”
