Being a Believer of Jesus the Christ, there will be times when you should be fasting. Isaiah 58, speaks of the Acceptable Fast. Always, seek the Lord, for how long to fast. Fasting is not just denying yourself FOOD!

A video I put together to encourage believers. I hope whether you are hiding in sin, or struggling in a trial, this video encourages you to ask for help and admit weakness, and allow the light to invade. The life of hiding is too hard to keep up. God wants us in a place of brokeness, because that is where His grace can truly take root. Psalm 51:17-"The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit; a broken and contrite heart, O God, you will not despise."
