Heartfelt thanks to my sister in Christ, Christa Rosier, for the use of her Psalms Paintings. About the painting: The man in the prayer shawl (tallit) has fled into Gods Temple. He is now in the innermost part of Gods Tabernacle, and is resting. The light of the menorah (candlestick) falls upon him and he is strengthened by the word of God; the Torah scroll. On the scroll is written in Hebrew the first part of Psalm 27. The menorah appears out of the scroll and forms the word Yesha (in Hebrew) which means: 'my salvation'.
