The answer, in my opinion, is “Yes!” Clear away the cobwebs of folk-lore and fairytale concepts, and read the Creation Stories the way they are really meant: as Philosophical parables! They show how God can be good and creator of all things, and not be the creator of Evil. Each part is something to think about, yet makes up a part of a bigger thread of ideas. I have deliberately kept them as short and simple as reasonable, -this is not enough to cover the subject in depth- but enough to get through easily and grasp the point. In any case, length and academic wording are not the same as profundity. At the end of the day, however, there is only one important thing to make your mind up about - and only you can do it for yourself: Not “what -ism is this?", "who influenced it?" or “what background does this person have?" but the ultimate question that finally matters and the only truly valid ground for accepting, rejecting or believing anything at all: "Is This True?" Nowadays when you ask most people how they are doing, the answer often is "busy, busy, busy".
David remind us to always take time out for those things that really matter in life such as seeking the face of God everyday. It's tempting to wake up early, rush through the day, fall into bed exhausted and drift off to sleep, and miss the day's opportunity to spend time in the presence of the Lord. We must not be like the busy executive where life needs to strike us a hard blow before we refocus on those things that really matter.
Your health matters; your family matters; your ministry matters, but most of all, your relationship with Almighty God matters. Never be too busy for what really matters.

Today, this is great advice for you and me - we must learn to complete what we start; because even in running a race, no matter how strong you are, no matter how fast you are, no matter how smart you are, it only counts when you cross the finish line.
Some things in our lives take longer to complete than others, but we must not lose our faith. If things happen to blow you off course, take time to reset your priorities and begin moving in the direction of your completed goals and dreams again.
You can reach the completion of anything that you have set before you - it only requires that you never give up and you persist until you get to your destination.
