Mereith Andews' new album "Deeper" was released last week. There are lots of good songs on the album. "Soar" has been out for a while; I already made a video for that one. And I've made a video for the title song, too. But I think my favorite song on the album is this one, called "Take Me Back."
Written by Meredith along with her hubby Jacob Sooter, and Benji Cowart. Awesome song, thanks to all of you.
I heard this song on KEWE radio while visiting Maui a few weeks ago. The artist is Carolyn Vargas, who recorded this song in 1997 on the label Swan Productions of Hawaii. Lovely song. I decided to make this video to go with it. So pretty. Such a blessing to God.
It sure seems like we do everything in our power to see how we can get out of living by faith. Oh, we may talk a good game. We act, however, as if living by faith is some kind of torture. But what if? What would life be like if we started doing everything in our power to see just how much we could live by faith in God—instead of how little?

Dr. Dobson observes that when a child challenges the authority of a parent, it's at least in part based on the universal human desire for power and control, and beckons that parent or adult authority figure to respond with an unwavering confidence and command. Or else...
Laura's favorite time of year is Christmas. Unfortunately, this year's celebration was halted when Laura was put on life support. Even though doctor's gave her a grim prognosis, her husband Michael kept the faith. He vowed to keep the Christmas decorations up until Laura came home. And the miracle that happened next...AMEN!
While God's comfort is priceless, it is not all there is to faith—and believing that it is can prematurely shorten your life. Faith in God is the sure conviction of the truth of all that God is. It is more than a “feeling” about God based on assumptions; it is a “knowing” about God based on His Word.
"An Easter Story" is a short, fun, documentary style telling of the Easter story featuring kids playing the parts of those who were there. It has it's quirky, fun moments and serious heart string tugging moments all in three and a half minutes. A great way to celebrate that He is risen!
Jesus took our sins and healed us...and on the third day showed the world God’s power. Use this call to worship to start your Easter Celebration and reflect on all that changed when Christ rose from the grave.
From Lauren's debut album "How Can It Be" this is a very meaningful song called "Trust In You." That's what it's all about, isn't it? Trusting in God. Not leaning on our own understanding. His faithfulness is perfect, He has never let us down. When we trust in ourselves or in other people, we only stumble. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, with all your strength. It's the only way.
When we give up our neediness for other people, God gives us the ability to truly love them in return. All of the thought and effort we previously spent in trying to get love “from” them is strangely transformed into thought and effort in trying to get love “to” them. In the same way, when we give up our need to relentlessly pursue things for our own benefit, He gives us the ability to relentlessly pursue things for the benefit of others. All of the thought and effort we previously spent in trying to extract material blessings from them is strangely transformed into thought and effort in trying to get material blessings to them. This kind of faith is not blind.

I have spent my entire life teaching and training people to think things through, so that the unintended consequences of any action just don't happen, or are minimal at worst. Nobody likes to deal with unintended consequences. But that's what we're going to deal with if we aren't prudent. In other words, “If we just let things happen, most of them will be bad.” So how do our insurance policies, emergency funds, retirement accounts, doctors, lawyers, financial planners—our trunk full of contingency plans—how do they fit with faith in God?
The Lott family's home got hit hard by a tornado. They grabbed the Bible and their kids and ran for shelter but their wasn't enough time. This mom was clutching her baby girl who was being sucked out of the window and she just held on and prayed to God. And when you see how they escaped with nothing but scratches you'll know THIS was God!
After a terrifying EF tornado ripped through his hardware store, David Sagona felt lucky to be alive. He watched the security camera footage afterward to see the devastation unfold, and what he saw on the video terrified him! He could see Kyra Johnson, a Fed Ex worker, who was trapped just outside his doors as the 140mph winds whipped around her. You've got to hear her incredible story, and how these 2 miracle survivors became family.
When 3-year-old Eli Alcock went missing from his home, his family was terrified. As search parties were called, Doug Downs and his hunting dog Honey volunteered to help. After combing the woods, God sent a miracle in the form of a 4-legged friend. What a beautiful moment!
