A kind man rescued a couple of squirrels after he spotted them all knotted up in a massive pile of trash and debris.

At times, all human beings require some kindness, grace and help. No one is perfect, and everyone has their flaws. So, helping someone in a bind, even if it is of their own making, can make a world of difference. That, as it turns out, is the same for animals. They also need some love and grace from a kind stranger every now and then.

A clip posted on YouTube shows a benevolent and caring man who came across two squirrels in a tangled-up nightmare of a mess. Originally, the man thought it was nothing but “garbage bags.” But upon closer inspection, the man discovered two squirrels caught in the moving pile of garbage.

After his startling discovery, the man called his wife and informed her of his shocking find. She came home and assisted with the situation, helping to unravel the squirrels’ tails from the unwieldy mess. Eventually, the husband and wife successfully untangled the animals and set them free, allowing them to head up a tree.

Later, they heard a “racket,” it was one of the squirrels hanging onto the outside of one of their house’s windows. Its tail was badly injured. 

“It was almost like he was asking for help,” said Joe, the man who found the two tangled squirrels. 

So, Joe and his wife, Lindsay, recaptured the injured squirrel and took the little guy to a veterinarian for treatment. Once at the rehabilitation center, the squirrel received the help he needed, and he even bonded with another squirrel who also happened to be at the center.

Eventually, the once-injured squirrel and his new buddy were released back into the wild, where they can resume normal, everyday squirrel activities.

“It might just be a squirrel to one person, but you’re making a world of difference for that one animal,” the veterinarian in the clip said.

One young man dressed as Freddie Mercury put on an awe-inspiring and dazzling display of athleticism while skating to a beloved hit from the legendary rock band Queen.

Most music does not hold up well. A song may sound great now, but give it a few years. The odds are good that the song, album and band will be long forgotten. However, the music of the classic rock band Queen has been able to stand the test of time. Their unique musical stylings are still in heavy rotation today, listened to by millions. 

In a clip posted on YouTube, one extremely gifted skater, Ryan Dunk, took to the ice and treated the spectators to a stunning routine set to the Queen classic, “Bohemian Rhapsody.” He also performed his routine dressed as the band’s late frontman, Freddie Mercury. 

The clip begins as those memorable lyrics start. Seconds later, the lights kick on, and Ryan, dressed in Freddie Mercury’s iconic outfit, stands in the center of the ice. As he skates back and forth across the ice, Ryan steadily builds up speed until he’s moving at a considerable pace. 

At approximately the 30-second mark in the clip, Ryan uses all that speed and momentum to jump into the air. He spins several times, landing perfectly, without missing a beat! The crowd erupts with thunderous applause and cheers.

Then, around the 1:45-minute mark, Ryan gets the crowd worked up once again by displaying his extraordinary skill and finesse on the ice. He uses his momentum to send himself into a series of dizzying twists, turns and spins. The speed at which he does this is unbelievable! 

He does a similar set of spins about 45 seconds later, at the 2:30-minute mark. The crowd, again, responds with a deafening roar of applause and cheers. 

Ryan’s 3-minute routine is the perfect combination of athleticism, showmanship and skill!

One young woman got the extraordinary opportunity, thanks to the Walt Disney Company and Make-A-Wish, to live out her dream as a princess and perform two of her favorite songs.

The Walt Disney Company is a place that has built its brand on nostalgia, magic and allowing people to realize their dreams. Disney is the home of Mickey Mouse, Pluto, Donald Duck and dozens of other memorable characters. It's more than just beloved characters and animated films. Disney is a place that lets kids battling life-threatening conditions be kids again and forget their harsh and unfair reality for a few hours.

In a clip posted on YouTube, Mikayla documents her dream coming true thanks to the Walt Disney Company and the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Mikayla, as she mentions at the beginning of the clip, wanted to perform at Disney – at the Once Upon a Wish Ball. She adds that her wish was the 150,000th one granted by the House of Mouse.

To get her dream underway, the young woman heads into a sound recording studio and works with a Walt Disney music producer. The woman gives Mikayla some helpful tips, hints and pointers, as the video shows. 

After her time in the studio was over, Mikayla was off to costuming to get fitted for her big performance. She spots two dazzlingly beautiful dresses but ultimately does settle on one.

Then, Mikayla was sent to rehearsal. She practiced with several professional singers before her big performance the following evening. The young woman more than holds her own with those seasoned professionals. 

When the time comes for Mikayla to take the stage for her big performance, she knocks it out of the park. She seems right at home on stage, not showing any nerves or apprehension. 

By the end of the clip, Mikayla is overwhelmed with emotion. She is in tears as she lovingly and tenderly hugs her parents.

One woman, Julie Chen Moonves, the former host of “The Talk” and “Big Brother” talked about how she came into a personal relationship with God during a difficult period in her life – personally and professionally.

Life is a series of ups and downs. It comes with unexpected twists and turns, sometimes with detours that take us to places we never expected to be. These struggles, hardships and trials will often cause people to reach out and search for answers. 

In Julie Chen Moonves’ case, trials and difficulties in her personal and professional life led her to a personal relationship with the Creator of the universe. Julie’s husband, the former head of CBS, Les Moonves, was accused of sexual misconduct by several women. In a clip posted on YouTube, Julie talks about herself before and after finding God.

“Julie Chen, before she found God, was a self-absorbed, career-minded, vain, gossipy, fun to be with,” Julie said. “But probably kind of a shallow person.”

She mentioned how much she has changed since finding faith and starting a walk with the Lord.

“Julie Chen Moonves, who now knows the Lord, is someone who wants to help others,” she said. “Who wants to look at everyone with a soft heart.”

Also, in the clip, Julie was asked about prayer and whether she believes that she is actually communicating with God. 

“Yes, but what I love is I do not need to come to a church or sit before a cross to pray,” Julie said.

During the interview, Julie even prayed. She thanked the Lord for allowing her to live another day and “come together.”

Julie also stated that even when people find Christ, as she did, that does not mean it’s going to be nothing but rainbows and roses.

“We all go through hard times in this world and our life,” Julie said. “And mine are not over just because I found Christ. I think we need to keep our focus on Him.”

One of the biggest, most recognizable names in Christian music, Lauren Daigle, who has experienced loneliness and depression, shares her story and how she hopes to help others undergoing something similar. 

The world is a sad, dangerous and lonely place. Many in society are lonely, feeling as if they have no one to turn to or talk to when hardships and trying situations occur. This is a situation and a feeling that Lauren knows all too well.

In a clip posted on YouTube, the “You Say” singer opens up about her experiences with loneliness and how that impacted her mental health. Specifically, she talked about her life before the pandemic and how quickly everything in her career and life was moving. Then 2020 happened, and everything dramatically changed.

She states that in addition to loneliness, she experienced bouts of depression and anxiety. Her life was "absolutely spinning out of control." She started therapy and saw a neurologist to help her through this difficult period. However, Lauren says that she is grateful for this time in her life. 

“Through the panic and through the anxiety, I said, ‘God, you have to return to me the joy of my salvation,’” Lauren said. ‘Like, the true joy. I don’t want to be, I don’t want to sit here and go through life just maintaining. I want to go through life with exuberance, with zeal, with passion.’”

Lauren mentions that when people let the Creator of the universe come into their lives and do that, it can completely change their perspective. 

“And when you allow God to come into those broken places, and say, ‘I’ll return to you the joy of your salvation,’ it is, like, this beautiful lens gets added to your eyes,” Lauren said. “And you’re able to see through, it’s like a glory filter. Like walking through life and seeing the Kingdom versus the things in the natural. Like looking at scenarios and saying, ‘Oh, I can run into that scenario because I know who has me.’”

In the clip, Lauren mentioned how she was motivated by Paul and his words to the Romans when he wrote about rejoicing even during suffering. 

Lauren says that despite all her fame and recognition, she desires to use all that to assist her fellow man. She wants to help others feel less lonely.

“I want to be someone who is known as helping eradicate loneliness,” Lauren said. “Because I remember, before I was ever doing music, being in high school, being in junior high, l would look for the lonely person in the room. For whatever reason, God highlighted loneliness to me.”

Lauren rightly mentions that talking to others, caring about their needs and seeing and meeting others where they are is in keeping with God’s commandment to love your neighbor as yourself. 

Mark 12:31 “The second is this, ‘Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.’ There is none other commandment greater than these.”

One of the biggest names in all of entertainment, Ed Sheeran, unexpectedly showed up at a wedding ceremony and serenaded the happy couple, singing and playing one of his newest songs. 

Weddings are lovely, often emotional ceremonies. They are instances when lifelong commitments and precious memories are made. The photos and videos captured on that day will only become more and more special as the years go by. One couple who decided to tie the knot in Las Vegas, Nevada, will remember their special day for one very different and “magical” reason. 

In a video posted on Instagram, Ed Sheeran was a last-minute and unexpected arrival at a couple’s wedding ceremony in Sin City. The couple was at the altar, in the middle of their ceremony, when the doors to “A Little White Chapel” opened. 

No one in the room was expecting Ed Sheeran to enter!

The camera catches the utterly surprised and baffled reactions of the bride and groom as they turn and look, only to see Ed Sheeran singing and carrying an acoustic guitar walk through the doors. The tune he’s singing is apparently called “Magical, ” a song off his upcoming album, according to Billboard. 

Ed and his background singers serenade the couple, who look on in complete shock and amazement. The entire room gives Ed and his fellow singers a well-deserved round of applause for their surprise performance. 

The “Shape of You” singer then hugs the bride and groom. But Ed’s beautiful serenade wasn’t the end of his involvement in their wedding ceremony.

Following the song, the couple said their “I dos,” and walked down the aisle. The groom asks, “We can still get pictures with him, right?” However, before the clip ends, it shows Ed signing their wedding license as a witness. 

That was a once-in-a-lifetime type of moment that neither the bride nor groom will forget for the rest of their lives.

The son of the late Steve Irwin, Robert Irwin, while following in his father’s footsteps, rescued a snake from a zoo’s vending machine.

Animals are unique creatures placed on earth by the same God who hung the sun, moon and stars in place. Because of that, all animals are deserving of kindness. However, gentleness and respect are best given to some creatures from a safe distance. 

For most of the population, snakes are best viewed and observed from a few hundred yards away and behind a sturdy barrier. But for others, like Robert Irwin, snakes are not bothersome in the slightest, as a video posted on TikTok indicates. 

In the short, one-minute-and-a-half clip, Robert, while driving, explains the situation, which has him headed to the zoo to deal with a unique problem.

“OK, so I just got a call,” Robert says. “We’ve actually got a carpet python, a big snake, stuck in a vending machine at the zoo. This is, this is a first.”

The clip then quickly cuts to Robert walking into the facility and standing in front of the vending machine, where he spots the slithery creature, who has gotten itself in an odd predicament. 

He then grabs the camera and gives viewers an up-close look at the snake, resting comfortably behind several bottles of Coca-Cola. How awful would that be? You think you’re buying a Coke, but a snake jumps out instead! 

Robert doesn’t complete this rescue on his own. A second gentleman unlocks and opens the Coke machine, allowing Robert to remove one of the panels behind a row of Cokes. The son of Steve Irwin then slowly and gently places his hand into the machine and withdraws the snake, removing it from the vending machine.

“So that is how you get a carpet python out of a vending machine,” Robert Irwin states.

Hopefully, snakes in vending machines are one situation most people can avoid. Whatever happened to just “have a Coke and a smile?”
