Former VP Mike Pence Lands New Role at Colorado Christian University

In January 2017, Mike Pence was elected as Vice President to serve alongside Donald Trump until January 2021. As an American politician and lawyer, Pence now adds Visiting Faculty Member to his resume.

At 67 years old, Pence is joining Colorado Christian University's faculty to teach courses, engage with students and staff and contribute to the college's study of democracy, leadership, public policy and faith. Besides lecturing and hosting classroom discussions, Pence will be on campus once a month and is excited to add to CCU’s present level of excellence.

“It is an honor to join Colorado Christian University, an institution firmly committed to academic excellence, Christian truth, and the principles that have sustained our nation since her founding,” Pence said.

“Throughout my years in public service, I have seen the importance of preparing leaders who understand that faith, freedom, character, and constitutional government are inseparable from the future of America. We are in a pivotal moment as a nation, and it will be a privilege to join the ongoing work of CCU in raising up the next generation of great American leaders.”
